Grassroots Youth Football Coach

I’m putting together a new club side for players aged 5-12 and want an experienced coach who can instil a true European approach to team play and tactics from day one. Your role will be to design and run engaging training sessions that teach youngsters how to read the game, move as a unit and enjoy the ball while learning positional discipline. I’ll handle equipment, facilities and parent communication; you bring the session plans, demonstrations, and match-day guidance that translate individual enthusiasm into cohesive, attacking football. You should be comfortable breaking complex ideas down for children, using small-sided games and fun challenges to keep them motivated. Key deliverables: • 12-week training curriculum centred on team shape, passing patterns and transitional play • Weekly 90-minute field sessions delivered in person • Simple take-home drills so parents can reinforce lessons • Touchline coaching for weekend fixtures plus brief post-match evaluations If you hold UEFA Grassroots or equivalent certification, all the better, but a proven track record with similar age groups is most important to me.
