Part-Time Tech/Non-Tech Partner Needed

I run a growing software agency and would like to add a dependable teammate who can step in several hours each week and stay with us for the long haul. Day-to-day work will focus mainly on software development—contributing code, reviewing pull requests, and troubleshooting live issues—but you will also help keep projects on track (think sprint planning, progress updates, light documentation) and handle assorted virtual-assistant duties such as scheduling, research, or inbox triage whenever they come up. Clear, timely communication is essential; we discuss tasks in English through Slack and quick video calls, and we manage code on GitHub.
