Hotel Architectural Project Design

I am preparing a new commercial development centred on a hotel and I need a skilled architect to translate the concept into a full design package. The building must function first and foremost as a hotel, yet it should also incorporate three specific programme areas: • Open workspaces for guests or co-working visitors • Flexible conference rooms that can be combined or divided • A staff-friendly cafeteria positioned for easy back-of-house access I will supply the site survey, local planning guidelines and a rough space schedule. From you I expect a complete set of architectural deliverables—concept sketches through to schematic floorplans, basic elevations, and a few key 3-D visuals that communicate massing and interior flow. BIM or Revit is preferred so we can continue straight into detailed design later, but I am open to AutoCAD if that is your strength. Please outline your approach, the software you intend to use and an estimated timeline for each stage (concept, schematic, and visuals).
