Short Video Effects Enhancement

I have a raw clip that runs under a minute and I want it to grab attention right away. The footage is already sequenced, so the main task is to breathe life into it with engaging effects and smooth, professional-looking transitions. No heavy cutting or colour work is required—just imaginative motion graphics, titles, light sound sweetening if it helps the impact, and an export that looks polished on mobile and desktop alike. Please work in any mainstream NLE you are comfortable with (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.), as long as the finished file arrives in H.264 MP4 and you can also share the editable project file so I can tweak text later if needed. Deliverables: • Final 1080p (or better) MP4 with effects and transitions applied • Editable project file with all assets properly linked If you have a quick example reel that shows crisp transitions and tasteful effects, that will help me lock this in fast.
