E-Commerce Excel & Power BI Dashboard

I run several online stores and need a single, streamlined system that lets me track every dollar in and out—right from Excel and straight into an interactive Power BI dashboard. Core build • Excel will be the primary data source. • Data entry should be direct table input (no forms or wizards). • Power BI must connect to the workbook and refresh automatically. What I want to see in the workbook 1. Separate tables for orders, products, shipping, Etsy fees, advertising, and any other expenses I define. 2. Automatic calculations for net profit and profit margin at order, product, and store level. 3. Monthly summaries of sales, expenses, and profit generated without extra manual steps. What I want to see in Power BI • A clean, professional dashboard that highlights: – Store-wise and product-wise performance – Revenue vs. product cost vs. shipping vs. fees vs. ads vs. other expenses – Trend visuals for monthly sales and profit – Quick-view KPIs for total revenue, total expenses, and overall margin • All visuals should update as soon as the Excel data is refreshed. Ease of use I’m the only user, so the solution should stay simple—clear tables, obvious refresh steps, and no add-ins that require extra licensing.
