for the LLP: • Age: Preferably at least 6 months old • Status: Dormant / inactive LLP • Location: Registered in India • ROC/LLP Compliance: All statutory compliances should be up to date, including applicable Form 8 and Form 11 filings • No pending ROC/LLP filings, significant penalties, or known regulatory issues • Clean compliance record preferred • No significant outstanding liabilities or disputes What we expect from you: • Identify and source genuine LLPs meeting the above criteria • Obtain the basic LLP details and compliance status • Share the LLP's incorporation details and latest compliance information for our preliminary verification • Coordinate with the LLP owner/seller for further due diligence, if the LLP is shortlisted Information to be provided: 1. LLP Name 2. Date of Incorporation 3. Registered Office Location 4. Current Status 5. Compliance status 6. Latest Form 8 and Form 11 filing details 7. Details of any outstanding liabilities/notices, if applicable 8. Owner's expected sale consideration Only genuine and verifiable LLPs should be proposed.
