New Zealand based auto parts online retailer is seeking an experienced and capable Virtual Assistant to support with daily operations and provide top-tier customer service. We are a New Zealand-based eCommerce store specialising in Volkswagen and Audi and BMW car parts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer support experience • Proven email support skills • Bonus for technical knowledge of VW / Audi auto parts • Experience with online customer service (email / chat / social media) • Attention to details and familiarity with AI tools / ChatGPT Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media • Identify, resolve, and follow up on customer issues; check with the warehouse when customers request order status updates • Ensure timely fulfillment of orders shipped directly from our suppliers • Create new product listings in Shopify, either manually or by uploading CSV files through the admin panel • Recommend the correct parts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Help customers navigate product options and complete their purchases • Turn complaints into positive customer experiences • Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues • Encourage satisfied customers to leave feedback and reviews • Build ongoing customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases • Collaborate with our engineer when needed to confirm technical solutions and product compatibility • Create and manage marketing email campaigns promoting relevant products, new products, special offers, upsells, and cross-sells • Use customer interactions and purchase history to identify relevant products and sales opportunities • Drive sales, customer retention, repeat purchases, and overall customer satisfaction • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, service, and the customer experience Earn top industry rates plus bonuses — salary to be discussed based on experience and fit.
