You’ll search, attract, and close the right people while keeping every prospect engaged through friendly customer service and prompt email communication. Your sourcing toolkit should comfortably include LinkedIn, major job boards, and the social channels you know will spark interest in our brand. From the first cold reach-out to a candidate’s first day on the job, you’ll: • craft targeted searches and posts • screen résumés, run initial interviews, and coordinate with me on next steps • send clear, timely updates so no one feels left hanging • prepare offers, confirm acceptance, and guide each hire through onboarding I’ll look to you for weekly pipeline snapshots—what’s working, what’s stalled, and where we might refine the process. By project’s end I expect a shortlist of enthusiastic, qualified hires who feel welcomed before day one.
