150+ Traffic Sign SVG Library

I need every sign in the attached PDF redrawn as a true vector SVG so they scale perfectly inside my web-based traffic management tool. The PDF contains just over 150 standard road traffic signs; each one has to be reproduced exactly—no auto-tracing or raster tricks—so text, arrows, borders, and colours remain crystal clear at any size. File handling is important. Please save each sign as its own SVG and label the file with the exact sign name shown in the PDF. Keep the original colours from the document; those shades are already approved for the application. I’ll drop the finished folder straight into the software, so the artwork must be cleanly layered, properly grouped, and free of embedded bitmaps. If you normally work in Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Inkscape, that’s perfect as long as the exported SVG is lightweight and standards-compliant.
