PDF Text Transfer to Excel

I have a batch of PDF files filled only with text that must be transferred into a structured Excel spreadsheet. Each PDF follows a consistent layout, so once the first few pages are mapped the rest should flow smoothly. Accuracy is critical—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks need to mirror the source, and every field must land in the correct column. You may use OCR or re-type manually; whichever approach you choose, the Excel sheet has to be 100 % clean and ready for immediate analysis in Microsoft Excel 365. Please name each tab after the original PDF file, keep the header row I provide intact, and double-check for any hidden characters that could cause import issues down the line. Deliverables • One consolidated .xlsx file with all text data entered and validated • A brief completion note listing any unreadable sections or anomalies found in the PDFs I will send the template and the PDFs as soon as we start; a quick turnaround with proof of accuracy will secure prompt approval and release.
