In-Law Apartment Construction -- 2

I'm looking for an architect/drafter/structural engineer to help draw out the plan for an in-law apartment for my mother in Conroe, TX - specifically we are rebuilding the stairs to make a new hallway under the landing, with entrances in and out of the hallway - I already have a complete design and plan, and the kitchen designed and ready - I need assistance with: - Structural details for modifications WITH a Stamp confirming Structural Details are correct to pass City Requirements - Formal drafting of construction plans Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in residential structural modifications - Proficiency in architectural drafting - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations - Conroe TX I think this is a quick project for someone experienced.
