End-to-End MyCase Automation

I’m looking to turn MyCase into a truly hands-free workflow for my personal-injury, family-law, and mediation files. Right now, I still touch too many steps from the first intake call through to the final accounting entry, and I want every one of those touchpoints—client intake, case management, and all accounting hand-offs—running automatically inside MyCase or through smart integrations. Here’s the flow I need: • Intake: Web form or phone call lands in MyCase, auto-creates the matter, assigns the correct practice-area template, and triggers the welcome email and e-signature packet. • Case management: Task lists, calendaring, document naming, and status changes should fire automatically as each stage is reached, with conditional logic for PI, family, or mediation paths. • Accounting: When a fee or settlement is posted, it should sync straight into my accounting ledger with the correct matter code, disbursement breakdown, and trust accounting rules applied. I’ve already chosen MyCase as the core platform, so the solution can rely on its built-in automations, Zapier, API calls, or custom scripts—whatever gets us to a true end-to-end system without manual data re-entry. Acceptance criteria 1. A test matter in each practice area can be opened through the intake form and run all the way to a final paid invoice with no manual data input after the initial client fields. 2. All automated steps are documented, including any third-party tools or API keys used, so I can maintain and extend the setup later.
