KYC/AML Compliance Support Needed

I am looking for a compliance professional who can step in immediately and tighten every part of my onboarding flow. Your main focus will be threefold: first, confirm that our current KYC requirements match the latest regulatory guidance; second, check the completeness and authenticity of every document we collect; and third, carry out thorough customer due-diligence reviews so we can accurately risk-rate each client. Because we also serve corporate customers, I will rely on you to pull together full KYB packs—directorship proofs, ownership structures, business licences, and anything else regulators expect—then flag any missing pieces before an account can progress. On the verification side, I need hands-on help with both identity checks and the associated compliance documentation. That means liaising with our chosen verification vendor (or recommending a better one), walking suspicious or edge cases through manual review, and writing clear file notes so every decision is defensible during an audit. Deliverables • Gap analysis of existing KYC controls, with action-oriented recommendations • Updated KYC/KYB document checklist ready for frontline staff • Completed CDD reviews for the initial batch of pending clients (I will provide the files) • Draft or refreshed compliance documentation covering procedures, escalation paths, and record-keeping standards Acceptance Criteria • All submitted client files must reach a “complete & compliant” status with supporting evidence cited. • Recommendations reference the correct legal or platform rule set without copy-paste ambiguities. • Any new template or policy is delivered in editable Word/Google Docs format and passes an internal spot audit. If you have direct experience with FATF standards, EU AML directives, or equivalent regimes—and you’re comfortable working only with genuine, valid documents—please outline your approach and earliest availability.
