Microvellum & AutoCAD Shop Drawings for Commercial Clubhouse Millwork

Looking for an experienced CAD drafter to create a complete set of millwork shop drawings for a 7-area commercial clubhouse (Newbrook Clubhouse). All architectural plans and specs will be provided upon hire. What You'll Draw: Foyer & Clubroom: Custom wood built-ins, wall paneling, bench seating, and ceiling beam details. Café: Maple slab door cabinetry, floating shelves, and quartz counter details. Lanai & Fitness Hall: Built-in storage, outdoor-grade cabinets, and seating. Restrooms: Laminate ADA vanities and wall panels.

Requirements

Proficient in Microvellum or AutoCAD. Experience with commercial millwork shop drawings. Fast 5 to 7 day turnaround. Includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions for architect approval. Budget: $40 – $60 Timeline: 5–7 Days
