Comprehensive Functional & UI Testing

My application suite spans web, mobile (iOS and Android), and desktop, and I need a thorough round of functional and UI testing before the next release. Scope of work • Design a complete set of test cases that reflect real-world user flows and edge scenarios. • Execute those tests across: – Web on Chrome and Firefox, – Mobile builds on both iOS and Android devices (phones and tablets), – The current desktop installer. • Log every defect with precise steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, screenshots or screen recordings, and environment details. • Deliver a consolidated bug report and the final, version-controlled set of test cases (preferably in Excel, Google Sheets, or a test-management tool export). Acceptance criteria 1. All critical paths are covered in the test suite. 2. Bug report is clear enough for developers to reproduce issues without follow-up questions. 3. Severity and priority are assigned consistently. 4. No open questions remain about environment setup or data used. Mention any test-management or automation tools you plan to use; manual testing is fine, but clarity and depth of coverage are paramount.
