Because every opening demands proven security expertise (think incident response, SOC leadership, cloud security architecture), please be comfortable reading between the lines of profiles to spot depth over buzzwords. You will update a shared tracker daily, note outreach touchpoints, and coordinate introductory calls through our ATS; I’ll take it from there for technical interviews. Deliverables • A vetted shortlist of 8-10 senior cybersecurity candidates per requisition, complete with contact details and skills summary • Outreach message templates you used, so I can measure response rates • Weekly status report highlighting pipeline health, blockers, and next steps I’m ready to start as soon as you show past wins sourcing hard-to-find security talent.
