Shopify QuickBooks Sales Reporting

I already run my store on Shopify and have it linked to QuickBooks; what I now need is steady, reliable bookkeeping that focuses squarely on sales reporting. Every payout, refund, discount, fee and tax needs to end up in the right place inside QuickBooks Online so, at any moment, I can see how the store is truly performing. Your job is to dive into the existing data flow, make sure nothing is slipping through the cracks, and then generate clear, consistent sales reports from QuickBooks. I’m mainly interested in knowing what sold, when it sold, and how that translates into net revenue after fees. If you prefer using the standard QuickBooks Sales by Product summary, custom tags, or a third-party connector, I’m open—as long as the final numbers match my Shopify dashboard and bank deposits. Deliverables each month: • A fully reconciled QuickBooks file for the Shopify sales period • A downloadable sales report that ties back to Shopify orders and payouts • Brief notes highlighting any anomalies, chargebacks or data sync errors If you’ve kept Shopify stores in line with QuickBooks before and can speak confidently about clearing suspense accounts, mapping gateway fees, and catching missed orders, I’d like to hand this over to you on an ongoing basis.
