1. Content Scheduling & Publishing Own the posting calendar and are accountable for the fact that content goes out, on time, everywhere it's supposed to. Build and maintain the social media posting schedule, always staying a minimum of 2 days ahead across every active platform Verify daily that scheduled posts actually published on mainstream platforms — catching and correcting failures the same day Upload new premium content to 18+ subscription platforms on a bi-weekly cycle to keep the catalog fresh Adapt posting times, formats, and captions per platform rather than cross-posting identical content Accountable for: zero missed posts, every platform consistently stocked, no gaps in the publishing calendar. 2. Subscription Platform Management The 18+ platforms are the revenue engine. You manage them actively, not passively. Manage day-to-day operations across all 18+ subscription platforms Continuously test and optimize posting strategy — timing, pricing, teaser structure, promotional pushes Review platform performance on a bi-weekly cycle and adjust strategy based on what the data shows Monitor subscriber growth, churn, and conversion rates, and act on the trends you see Accountable for: growth in engagement, sales, and subscriber count. 3. Team Coordination & Supervision You direct a distributed team of editors and a Production Assistant. Editors Assign daily tasks, set deadlines, and communicate content priorities Keep the editing pipeline moving on schedule and unblock it when it stalls Track turnaround time and editor performance; give direct, constructive feedback to raise output quality Production Assistant Request and review the weekly sales report Delegate administrative and support tasks as needed Accountable for: a team that hits deadlines, improves over time, and knows what's expected of them. 4. Content Pipeline & Shoot Planning Make sure there's always something in the tank. Review creator availability and upcoming shoots daily; prepare shooting requirements in advance so no shoot day is wasted Audit upcoming content inventory bi-weekly and flag gaps before they turn into publishing problems Build next month's content calendar — the full shooting and publishing roadmap Research trending videos, formats, and audio daily to feed the content pipeline with ideas Identify top-performing existing content and build repurposing strategies to extract more value from it Accountable for: never running short of publishable content, and shoots that produce exactly what the calendar needs. 5. Analytics, Reporting & Strategy This is what separates a coordinator from a manager. You read the numbers and change the plan. Review social media performance weekly and send a clear written summary to leadership — insights, wins, and improvement areas, not just raw metrics Track revenue, sales trends, and subscriber activity weekly against the sales report Run a full monthly review of content performance across every platform to identify what's working and why Analyze monthly sales performance and subscriber growth to measure revenue impact Review overall platform strategy monthly against analytics and adjust the growth plan accordingly Accountable for: leadership always knowing where things stand, and strategy that visibly responds to data. 6. Partner & Stakeholder Communication Share new content with our international partner agency on a weekly cycle Ensure partners always have current, correctly formatted assets Serve as the primary point of contact for production-related coordination with external collaborators Accountable for: partners never chasing you for deliverables.
