I need help transferring a set of mixed numerical-and-text records from an online database into a structured Excel workbook. Before anything is pasted, each record has to be checked for obvious inconsistencies, trimmed of stray spaces, and reformatted where required so that the final sheet is clean, sortable, and ready for immediate analysis. You will receive the database URL, filter criteria, and the target workbook template. Work happens directly in Excel—feel free to use functions, Flash Fill, Power Query, or any other built-in feature that speeds up accurate entry and validation, as long as formulas are left intact for me to review later.
