# Long-Term Reddit Marketing & HNI Lead Generation Specialist – Finance Education We are looking for an experienced **Reddit Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist for a long-term contract** to manage and grow our Reddit presence for our finance research program. This is **not a one-time project**. We want someone who can work with us consistently, build a strong Reddit presence, and develop Reddit into a reliable source of qualified leads. ### Your Main Target We expect a minimum of **18+ qualified leads per week through Reddit**. Our target audience includes financially capable/HNI prospects interested in: * Financial & stock market research * Investing and wealth creation * Premium market insights * Research reports and financial education We are focused on **genuine qualified prospects**, not fake leads, bots, spam, or irrelevant traffic. ### Your Responsibilities * Create, grow and manage our Reddit presence/community. * Find relevant finance, investing and wealth-related subreddits. * Create engaging posts, comments and discussions. * Build credibility and authority on Reddit. * Generate **18+ qualified leads every week**. * Develop strategies specifically aimed at higher-value prospects. * Track leads and conversions generated through Reddit. * Continuously improve the campaign based on results. * Follow Reddit and individual subreddit rules while marketing organically. ### Payment + Commission + Incentives This is a **long-term paid contract with multiple earning opportunities**. You will receive: **Base Payment + 30% Commission on Every Converted Lead + Additional Performance Incentives** For every qualified Reddit lead that successfully becomes a paying customer, you will receive **30% commission on that conversion** in addition to your base payment. We will also provide an **additional incentive for every 18 qualified leads generated**. There is therefore significant earning potential for someone who can consistently generate quality leads and conversions. ### Long-Term Opportunity We are specifically looking for someone who wants to work with us **for the long term rather than completing a single project and leaving**.
