Print & Handwritten to Word

I have a series of short documents—each anywhere from one to ten pages—that combine typed printouts with handwritten notes scribbled in the margins and between the lines. I need every word transferred into an editable Microsoft Word file. Only basic formatting is necessary: plain paragraphs, line breaks where they naturally belong, and faithful spelling, punctuation, and paragraphing. No tables, images, or advanced styling are required. Accuracy is the priority, especially when interpreting the handwritten sections. Please keep the original order of pages, label each file clearly, and deliver a separate .docx for every source document. I’ll review by running a quick spot-check against the originals; perfect capture of all text without extra styling will be the acceptance criteria.
