Short-Term Rental Talent Sourcer

I need support building a pipeline of qualified Co-Listing Agent prospects for our growing short-term rental business. Your day will revolve around three core activities. First, you will search LinkedIn, Indeed and relevant Facebook Groups for professionals whose public profiles show hands-on Airbnb or other short-term rental experience. While browsing, keep an eye on strong written and verbal communication and an obvious knack for detail—those traits are essential for success in this role. Second, you will evaluate each profile, decide whether the person matches our brief, and record your reasoning in a shared tracker so I can follow your thinking at a glance. Third, you will reach out by email with a friendly, personalised introduction, share a short overview of the Co-Listing Agent opportunity, and schedule a brief exploratory chat if they are interested. After every conversation, collect their CV and any other relevant information and drop it into the tracker for my review. I will handle later-stage interviews and the final decision. Deliverables • A continuously updated spreadsheet summarising all profiles reviewed, shortlisted and contacted • Copies of email templates you craft and iterate • Candidate CVs and notes from initial conversations Success looks like a steady stream of well-screened candidates arriving in the tracker each week. If you communicate clearly, keep the data tidy and move quickly, we will get along brilliantly.
