ServiceM8 Pipeline & Automation Build

I already have a detailed 30-day implementation plan. I’m not looking for general business coaching. I need someone to physically build the ServiceM8 pipeline, voice-to-ServiceM8 capture, Make/Zapier automation, eight-week labour-capacity dashboard and reporting, and then hand the day-to-day maintenance over to a PA. The selected freelancer will be provided with the 30-day plan for guidance.
