Long-term SEO and Social Manager Needed

I’m looking for a long-term SEO Manager / Link Building Specialist to manage off-page SEO and backlink building for my 5 websites: AskAstro.co.in – Vedic astrology, horoscope, birth charts, numerology and marriage compatibility NeatJSON.com – JSON tools, developer utilities and programming VedicVani.org – Hindu spirituality, mantras, temples, scriptures and devotional content TopperAnswers.com – Education, student learning, academic answers and study content AlgoSimplified.dev – Programming, algorithms, system design and technology This is not a one-time project. I am looking for someone who can work with me every month on a long-term/permanent basis. Monthly Target: Build approximately 600-800 relevant and genuine backlinks every month across these 5 websites. The backlinks do not need to be divided equally. The SEO manager should decide the distribution based on keyword opportunities, competition, existing authority and pages that need links. Backlinks can include: Contextual backlinks Guest posts Niche edits Resource-page links Editorial mentions Relevant blog placements Relevant directories/resources Outreach-based backlinks Competitor backlink opportunities Community/resource contributions where genuinely useful Links should point naturally to different pages, including homepages, articles, tools, category pages and important SEO landing pages. Anchor text should have a natural mix of: Brand anchors Naked URLs Partial-match keywords Informational anchors Generic anchors Limited exact-match anchors I DO NOT want: PBN backlinks Automated backlinks Comment spam Profile spam Forum spam Bulk low-quality directories Link farms Hacked websites Redirect backlinks Adult/gambling/pharma websites Irrelevant foreign-language spam sites AI-generated junk websites Spun articles Thousands of links generated using automated SEO software I prefer relevant and sustainable backlinks that can actually help SEO instead of simply increasing the backlink count. Monthly Reporting: A Google Sheet/Excel report should be maintained with: Source website Live backlink URL Target website Target URL Anchor text Backlink type Website/page niche DoFollow / NoFollow / Sponsored Domain authority/SEO metrics where available Placement status Date published Notes Every backlink should be verifiable. SEO Manager Responsibilities: Apart from backlinks, I expect the person to gradually manage our off-page SEO strategy, including: Competitor backlink analysis Backlink gap analysis Finding new link opportunities Anchor-text planning Identifying pages that need backlinks Keyword opportunity research Monitoring lost backlinks Replacing removed or broken backlinks Tracking backlink growth Suggesting SEO improvements Creating a monthly SEO/link-building plan Quality Check: Before scaling to 600-800 backlinks per month, please provide around 10–20 sample backlink opportunities or placements so I can evaluate the quality. If the work quality is good, this can become a permanent monthly SEO job covering all 5 websites. Important: I understand that rankings cannot be guaranteed.
