If a PDF holds multiple tables, name the sheets intuitively so I can find them quickly. You’re free to use Adobe Acrobat, Tabula, Camelot, Python + pandas, or any reliable extraction tool you prefer, as long as the final workbook opens flawlessly in recent versions of Excel. Once done, send back the .xlsx file (one workbook per PDF) along with a brief note on any anomalies you encountered—missing glyphs, merged cells, or unreadable scans—so I know what to double-check.
