Our Early Careers Team are looking for a Senior Early Careers Assistant for a 14 month FTC to join the team. Key dates: From November 2026 - January 2028 (14 month FTC) The Early Careers team
is responsible for
shaping the end-to-end Early Careers journey at Baringa, from attracting and recruiting talented individuals to onboarding and supporting their development. Working in partnership with the business, we deliver impactful and inclusive experiences that enable junior talent to thrive and build successful careers.
You will support the end-to-end delivery of our Early Careers programmes, helping to attract, recruit, onboard, and develop talented Interns and Analysts across Baringa’s global offices.
Partnership Management & Attraction
Build and
maintain
strong relationships with Baringa's Early Careers attraction partners,
ensuring maximum engagement and return on investment.
Collaborate with
our
partners to promote Baringa's Early Careers opportunities and enhance our employer brand across diverse talent communities.
Support the planning, coordination and delivery of university,
school
and college outreach initiatives.
Outreach & Events
Lead the planning and
logistics
for careers fairs, campus
events
and networking activities.
Develop and
maintain
relationships with universities
and schools
to strengthen Baringa's Early Careers talent pipeline.
Coordinate event materials, registrations, follow-up
communications
and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality candidate experiences.
Recruitment Delivery
Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Intern and Analyst programmes
across Baringa’s global offices.
Screen applications, coordinate interviews, manage candidate
communications
and organise assessment centres.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure an efficient,
inclusive
and positive recruitment process.
Onboarding & Induction
Support with
the end-to-end onboarding process for all Interns and Analysts, ensuring a seamless transition into Baringa.
Coordinate offer administration, pre-employment checks, onboarding
communications
and induction
logistics.
Organise and deliver induction programmes for incoming Interns and Analysts across multiple cohorts.
Act as the main point of contact for new joiners, providing support and guidance throughout their onboarding journey.
Programme Management & Candidate Experience
Support Interns and Analysts throughout their programmes through regular check-ins, engagement
activities
and ongoing support.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver a positive and inclusive Early Careers experience from attraction through to programme completion.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Work closely with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team to promote inclusive recruitment practices and support initiatives that attract,
engage
and
retain
diverse talent.
Represent Baringa at diversity-focused events and partnership activities, helping to broaden access to career opportunities.
Your skills and experience You have prior experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within Early Careers, HR, Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, or a similar fast-paced environment supporting high-volume hiring activity.
Experience using an ATS, HRIS, or similar system, with a strong focus on data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR-compliant handling of candidate information.
You have experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams, locations, or time zones and are confident managing calendars, logistics, and competing priorities with excellent attention to detail.
You are comfortable building relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues, candidates, external partners, and stakeholders at all levels. You are highly organised, able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns, events, and deadlines simultaneously, and proactively identify and escalate risks when required.
