I have a 2,000 m² commercial lot in Neerabup, Western Australia that now needs a full landscaping plan prepared in strict accordance with the estate design guidelines. The brief calls for a distinctly Native / Australian aesthetic, and the guideline document already sets out a preferred species list—please reference it closely when developing the planting schedule and any accompanying legend. Your deliverable should be a professional landscape package ready for submission to the estate’s approval panel and ultimately to council. At minimum I expect: • A clear site layout indicating hard and soft landscape zones • Detailed planting plan keyed to the mandated species list • Quantities, spacings and botanical names for every plant • Any annotation the guidelines require (setbacks, sightlines, height limits, etc.) • Scaled drawings in both PDF and a modifiable CAD format If you have local WA experience and can suggest practical improvements without straying from the Native / Australian palette, that insight will be welcomed.
