Handwritten Notes to OCR PDF

I have under ten pages of handwritten notes on physical paper that need to become a clean, searchable PDF. Once the pages are digitised, I want high-quality OCR applied so the text can be selected, copied, and indexed. You can either scan the sheets yourself if you have the equipment or guide me through taking high-resolution images that you will then deskew, crop, and adjust for contrast. The finished file must preserve page order and look professional while staying reasonably lightweight for easy sharing. Deliverables • One multi-page PDF with an embedded OCR text layer (≈95 %+ accuracy). • Clear, evenly aligned pages free of cutoff edges or shadows. • Optimised file size without sacrificing readability.
