Excel Mixed Data Duplicate Removal

I have a spreadsheet that mixes numbers, text strings, and codes in the same columns. Before I can move on to my analysis, every duplicate row has to go—no highlighting or moving them elsewhere, just a clean file with the repeats completely removed. You’ll work directly in Excel; Power Query, advanced filters, or any other native tools are fine as long as the end result meets these criteria: • All exact-match duplicate rows are deleted (case-insensitive for text). • Original column order, formulas, and formatting stay intact. • File is returned in the same format, plus a brief note summarising how many records you eliminated. The sheet is small enough to handle in one sitting, so once you receive the file I expect a quick turnaround.
