Detailed Tourist Lake Map Design

I need a clean, visually appealing map of our lake area that tourists can rely on at a glance. The final artwork must clearly show the water body itself, every connecting road, and each building around the shoreline—with the buildings drawn as recognisable, detailed structures rather than simple boxes. The emphasis is on usability for visitors, so good hierarchy, readable labels, and attractive colour choices are all important. I will supply rough sketches, GPS coordinates, and photos of key landmarks once we start. You will translate that data into a polished, print-ready and screen-friendly map (preferred formats: layered AI or PSD, plus an exported high-resolution PDF and a web-optimised PNG). A simple legend and north arrow should be included. Please share a sample of past cartographic or tourist-oriented illustration work when you respond, along with an estimated timeframe.
