Event Assistant Needed – Corporate Team-Building Event in Monterey Team building company is looking for a reliable, energetic local Event Assistant to help with a corporate sandcastle-building event in Monterey, California. Date: Wednesday, September 17, 2026 Time: 11:00 AM–3:30 PM Location: Monterey, CA Compensation: $200 for the event This is a one-day, in-person position assisting our professional facilitator with event setup, equipment, participant materials, and cleanup.

Responsibilities

Help unload and transport event supplies to the beach Assist with setting up sandcastle-building materials Organize and distribute supplies to teams Assist the facilitator as needed during the event Help with cleanup and transport equipment back to the vehicle after the event What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Friendly, professional, and comfortable around corporate groups Physically able to carry equipment and supplies across sand Comfortable working outdoors and on the beach Able to follow directions and work as part of a team At least 18 years old Local to the Monterey area or able to provide your own transportation No previous event experience is required. All instructions will be provided onsite. When responding, please include your location, availability for the full 11:00 AM–3:30 PM timeframe, and a brief description of any relevant event, hospitality, athletics, outdoor, or customer-service experience. Our company produces corporate team-building events throughout California and across the country, so there may be opportunities for additional event work in the future.
