I will supply clear dimensional sketches of the steel component along with the static load distributions that it must withstand. From those hand drawings I need you to recreate the geometry in your preferred FEA-capable package—ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, Abaqus, or another fully-licensed tool you trust—mesh it appropriately, and run a complete linear static analysis. The finished work should give me: • A clean CAD model that reflects every dimension shown in my sketches. • Screenshots of the mesh and boundary-condition setup so I can see exactly how the loads and constraints were applied. • Result plots for stresses, displacements, and load concentrations, with the critical zones clearly marked. • A concise written report (PDF) summarising the factor of safety, maximum stress vs. material yield strength, any noteworthy deflection or stress risers, and recommendations if improvements are needed. • Native files of both the CAD model and the analysis so I can re-run or edit in the future. All load cases are purely static; no dynamic or cyclic analysis is required. Please base the mesh density, element type, and convergence checks on standard best practices for steel structures. I’m aiming for accuracy and clarity rather than a glossy presentation, so focus on solid engineering justification and legible visuals. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any information you need up front, and we can get started right away.
