Pictory Video Editor for AI-Assisted YouTube Channel — Long-Term Work

I’m looking for a reliable Pictory Video Editor / AI Video Production Assistant for an ongoing YouTube project. This is not traditional video editing from scratch. Most of the creative and preparation work will already be done before the project reaches you. You will receive: - a final approved script; - ready voice-over; - a detailed visual guide / editing brief; - references for visuals; - clear instructions for each section of the video; - Russian and Spanish versions of the same story. Your main task will be to turn this material into a clean, engaging YouTube video using Pictory.

What you will do

Upload and organize the script / voice-over in Pictory. - Review Pictory’s automatic scene selectiona and replace weak or irrelevant stock footage. - Select visuals that match the script and the provided visual brief. - Add images, screenshots, stock footage or other provided assets when needed. - Adjust scene timing to match the voice-over. - Check subtitles and on-screen text. - Export the final version. - Duplicate the approved visual project and adapt it into a second language version. Each story will normally have: 1 Russian version + 1 Spanish version The visual structure will remain the same between the two versions. The second version mainly requires replacing the voice-over, adapting text and making small timing adjustments where necessary. Video length Most videos will be approximately up to 15 minutes long. What I’m looking for? You are a good fit if you: - have experience editing, ideally if familiar with Pictory or similar; - understand how to select relevant stock footage and visuals; - can follow a detailed editing brief accurately; - can work quickly and consistently; - communicate clearly; - are interested in long-term and regular work. Knowledge of Russian OR Spanish is highly preferred because one of the video versions will be in that language. The goal is to build a consistent production system. Expected workload after the test period is 2-3 Story Masters per week. Each Story Master will normally produce 1 Russian video and 1 Spanish video. So approximately 4–6 finished videos per week. Payment. This is a per-project position, not hourly work. Initial budget $20–35 per completed bilingual package (Russian + Spanish). The exact rate will depend on the quality of the work, speed and how much manual editing is required. If the role expands in the future to include more advanced AI-generated visuals, graphics, research or creative editing, the rate can be adjusted accordingly.
