I need a clean, fully-formulated cost estimate laid out exactly in line with our municipal Schedule of Rates. The final file must be an editable Excel workbook that mirrors the official column order, item codes and measurement units so it can be dropped straight into the approval process without extra rework. Here is what I will provide once we start: • The list of work items and their respective quantities. • Any special notes or local amendments to the latest municipal SoR.
