About the job

I’m preparing a large batch of technology-focused web pages for publication and need a sharp pair of eyes on every Malay and Indonesian line before we hit the “go live” button. Your task is not to translate but to quality-review the existing translations, making sure terminology is consistent, tone feels natural, and nothing has slipped through untranslated or culturally off-key. You’ll receive bilingual files (source EN + target MY/ID) exported from our CAT tool. Using Track Changes or built-in QA features in Trados, memoQ or Xbench, you’ll flag issues, suggest fixes, and return a clean, publication-ready version with a brief QA summary. Deliverables • Annotated review file for each webpage • One-page QA report listing critical errors, minor edits and terminology queries • Final confirmation that the content is ready to publish Acceptance criteria • 100 % of segments reviewed, with zero critical errors outstanding • All terminology adheres to the provided tech glossary • Tone and register read naturally for native speakers in Malaysia and Indonesia If you’re fluent in both Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa Indonesia, have solid experience reviewing tech content, and are comfortable working inside common CAT/QA tools, I’d love to get your help.
