About the job

Our engineering team has a series of bronze parts that now need to move from paper to metal. The technical package is complete—dimensioned designs and detailed drawings are ready for immediate hand-off—so the core task is straightforward production rather than development work. Each run will be 51-100 pieces, small enough to stay flexible yet large enough to justify professional mould making and a repeatable casting setup. Dimensional accuracy, clean surface finish, and consistent alloy quality are non-negotiable because these components interface with precision-machined assemblies further down our line. Typical workflow we foresee: • Review and clarify the drawings with me, confirming draft angles, gating strategy, and any post-cast machining allowances. • Produce patterns or tooling (CNC, 3-D printed or traditional, your choice) that can hold up over multiple batches. • Cast, de-gate, clean, and deliver 51-100 bronze parts that meet the stated tolerances. • Provide an inspection summary or simple CMM report so we can log conformity before the next operation. I’m happy to discuss preferred bronze grades, heat-treatment options, or additional machining if you can take those stages in-house. Lead time for the first batch, shipping method, and any minimum order constraints will help me schedule the rest of the project. If your foundry routinely handles short-run bronze work and you can supply quality evidence—photos, material certs, or a quick video of previous pours—let’s book production slots and get this moving.
