About the job

I have an existing warehouse plan that lives only in my head and a few notes—no CAD files, blueprints, or tidy sketches. I will walk you through the exact dimensions, column positions, doors, and racking zones, and I need you to translate that verbal description into a clean 3-dimensional model. The model should concentrate on the storage areas: where each block of racking begins and ends, aisle widths, and the clearances around pillars. For now I only need basic geometry that shows the footprint, height, and orientation of every rack and bay; no product boxes or tiny shelf brackets required. Accuracy of scale and a tidy, easy-to-read layout are more important than photorealistic textures. I’m comfortable if you build in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD 3D, or another common package—as long as the final file can be shared in a standard format (SKP, RVT, DWG, or FBX) and I can take quick screenshots for internal presentations. Deliverables • A complete 3D model of the warehouse focused on storage zones, delivered in one of the file types above. • Two or three camera views (PNG or JPG) that clearly show overall layout and main aisles, ready for insertion into a PowerPoint deck. Once you send the first draft, I’ll review measurements and give you any small tweaks so the racking lines up perfectly with the real floor plan.
