About the job

We are a scaling e-commerce brand spending heavily on Meta and TikTok, and we are looking for a killer video editor who understands the psychology of direct response marketing. We do not need cinematic wedding videos, slow-paced vlogs, or pretty aesthetic edits. We need aggressive, high-converting ad creatives that stop the scroll, educate the buyer, and drive immediate sales. If you understand the marketing frameworks of guys like Alex Hormozi, Dan Kennedy, or Stefan Georgi, you are exactly who we are looking for.

What You Will Be Doing

Video Stacking & Mashups: Taking high-authority organic clips (like interviews with celebrities or pros) and seamlessly stitching them to our product B-roll and user-generated content (UGC). Building Visual Bridges: Using whip-pans, split-screens, and ASMR sound effects (like a satisfying "snap" or "click") so the transition between an organic hook and a product pitch feels completely natural and retains watch time. Aggressive Typography: Designing bold, high-contrast text overlays and subtitles that highlight the pain point, the unique mechanism, and the offer. You must know how to keep text strictly within 9:16 safe zones. Pacing & Audio: Keeping the energy high, cutting out the fluff, and layering AI voiceovers with subtle background tracks.
