About the job

I’m putting together a compact home audio system that runs a sealed-box subwoofer and a pair of midrange drivers from a single TDA7388. My plan is to feed the two bridged channels through a JRC4558 low-pass network for the sub, while the remaining two channels stay full-range for the mids. The source will be an MP3 player, so the input stage must accept that signal level cleanly; if you can leave room for RCA, 3.5 mm, or even a small Bluetooth add-on later, all the better. Here’s what I need from you: • Complete schematic showing the TDA7388 output topology, the JRC4558 filter (cut-off around 80 Hz, 12 dB/Oct preferred), power supply filtering, and protections • PCB layout ready for fabrication, sized for a small desktop enclosure and routed for minimal noise between sub and mid paths • Bill of materials with part numbers that are easy to source locally or on Mouser/Digi-Key • Brief build notes—heat-sink requirements, gain settings, and any calibration steps to balance the mids against the sub I’ll test the board on my bench with a sealed 10″ driver and bookshelf mids; stable, hum-free playback at moderate home-listening levels is the acceptance criterion. If this sounds straightforward to you and you’re comfortable with TDA7388 thermal design and op-amp filter math, I’d be happy to see your proposal and timeline.
