About the job

I am assembling a technically rigorous piece on cellular biology that will be read by fellow researchers. To make sure every claim is fully backed by current primary literature and that all graphics convey complex mechanisms unambiguously, I need a cellular-biology specialist who can jump in at a moment’s notice. Here is how I see the collaboration unfolding: • Literature integration – pull and summarise the most recent peer-reviewed studies relevant to my outline, then weave them seamlessly into the draft with proper citations (PubMed, Web of Science). • Figure refinement – re-draw or enhance pathway diagrams and microscopy images so they meet publication quality (Illustrator or BioRender preferred). • Critical review – scrutinise the methodology section for accuracy, reproducibility and statistical soundness, flagging any gaps. • Final proof – ensure terminology, gene/protein nomenclature and reference style all match typical researcher expectations (e.g., Cell, Nature Methods guidelines). Acceptance criteria 1. All added references published within the past five years unless a seminal paper is required. 2. Graphics delivered as both editable (AI or SVG) and high-resolution PNG/PDF. 3. No unverified statements; every data point or claim must trace back to a cited source. 4. Turnaround on feedback within 48 hours. If you are fluent in the language of signal transduction, organelle dynamics, or single-cell techniques and you enjoy tightening manuscripts for a critical scientific audience, I’d love to work together.
