Template-Based 2D Floor Plans

I’m looking for clear, accurate 2D floor plans for a residential property. I’ll share my existing template along with all room dimensions and notes so you can work directly within the established style. Scope • Re-create each floor in crisp, professional 2D—including walls, doors, windows, and fixed furniture—matching the template’s line weights, hatching, and labeling conventions. • Ensure the drawing is to scale and ready for print at A3 size. What I value Precision, consistent line work, and an eye for tidy annotations. If you regularly use AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools and can turn revisions around quickly, this job should be straightforward. I’ll upload the template, dimension sketches, and any clarifying photos once we start. The final format should be PDF and SVG files
