Nursing Home KPI Dashboard Build

I need a single, unified dashboard that tracks our nursing home’s clinical indicators, operational KPIs, and audit outcomes. The system must pull live data from our Electronic Health Records while also accepting figures entered manually through simple, secure forms, so every metric stays current even when it originates outside the EHR. Real-time updates are crucial; I want the visualizations to refresh automatically rather than on a manual schedule. Each user should be able to generate and save customizable reports—filtered by resident, ward, or time period—and the platform has to trigger automated alerts when any metric drifts beyond set thresholds. An email or on-screen notification that a pressure-injury rate is climbing, for example, will let us intervene before an inspection. Three groups will use the dashboard: nursing staff on the floor, the management team, and visiting regulatory bodies. That means quick-glance charts for frontline teams, deeper drill-downs and export options for management, and clean, time-stamped snapshots suitable for compliance reviews. I’m open to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or a custom web solution—whichever meets the above needs while handling PHI securely.
