Hindi Book PDF to Word

I have a complete Hindi book in PDF format. The scan is crystal-clear and every page is readable, so you will be able to see the original layout in detail. What I need is a faithful recreation of that file in Microsoft Word—same fonts (Unicode), headings, paragraph breaks, page numbering, tables, footnotes and any other styling exactly as it appears in the PDF. Accuracy is crucial. Please type, do not use OCR unless you are ready to proofread every single word afterward; the final document must be error-free in spelling, punctuation and matras.
