Email Marketing to Surgeons

I want to reach surgeons in the United States with a short 3-email series. I need someone who can: 1) find/create a reasonably vetted list of email addresses for MD's that are surgeons (any specialty). 2) Create and manage a series of 3 emails to send to them. Ideally we would A/B test two different message sets and see which gets the better response.
