Sobre el empleo

I am putting together a compact robotic arm that will live on a benchtop and repeatedly toggle small mechanical switches at set intervals. Every actuation has to be reliable and repeatable, so the positioning accuracy must sit in the high-precision range (fractions of a millimetre, minimal backlash). The scope is focused on the full mechatronic package: • Kinematics and structural design in CAD (SolidWorks or similar) optimised for a tight workspace. • Motor and transmission selection able to deliver consistent force without stressing the switch hardware. • Control electronics (Arduino, STM32, or equivalent) and firmware that let me feed in a schedule of press cycles over serial or Ethernet. • End-effector design shaped to reach toggles no larger than a fingertip while avoiding neighbouring components. • Repeatability test protocol and documentation proving accuracy across at least 10 000 cycles. If you have previous ROS integration or vision-guided alignment experience, let me know; it could become phase two once the core mechanical solution is validated. The dials and buttons can be different sizes and shapes so it is important for the gripper to work with unique designs. We are looking for a freelancer that has previous experience and can guide us on alternative options.
