Zoho CRM Integration for Prayer Line

I need a Canadian freelancer to setup a CRM and integrate my current softphone and payment client to route to it. This is for a non-profit organization that provides spiritual and practical support to those in need and operates a toll-free Christian prayer line. Costs must be kept minimal/reasonable, yet utilize a system that is scalable. At present, there are just a couple of volunteers who have calls automatically routed to their cell phones. The hope is that we can keep this a mobile-based system for volunteers to answer calls at their leisure. I currently utilize Ringotel & Zeffy and would like to integrate these to route to a CRM. I am open to suggestions for which CRM to use, or suggestions for affordable softphone, payment client, or all-in one solutions for a non-profit organization.

Requirements

- All software and data must be protected, encrypted, and stored on Canadian data centres for compliance with privacy laws. - Inbound calls should trigger mobile pop-ups displaying: - Caller ID and past call history - Previous prayer notes - Automatically log time, number, and duration of calls - Simple space for manual prayer notes - Categorize prayer notes by date Ideal Skills: - Experience with Zoho One CRM and Ringotel (or other solutions) - Familiarity with integrating softphones with CRMs - Strong attention to detail and organization
