# Freelance Graphic Designer Needed for Premium Wellness Meta Ads We are looking for an experienced **graphic designer / performance creative designer** to help execute a full set of Meta advertising creatives for **Elevate Wellness**, a premium South African wellness brand. The strategy, campaign structure, creative concepts, copy and design direction have already been developed. We now need a designer who can take the concepts and turn them into polished, high-converting creative that feels premium, modern and consistent with the Elevate Wellness brand. ## About Elevate Wellness Elevate Wellness is a premium wellness and supplement brand focused on making everyday wellness simple, beautiful and realistic. Our visual identity is: * Premium * Editorial * Clean * Modern * Feminine without being overly soft * Wellness-led * Aspirational but still relatable * High-end e-commerce * Strong use of lifestyle imagery, product photography and elegant typography The creative must feel more like a premium beauty or lifestyle brand than a traditional supplement company. At the same time, these are **performance ads**, not simply organic social media posts. The work must be visually strong while still communicating the product, consumer problem, benefit and CTA clearly. ## Project Scope We have developed a September Meta advertising strategy consisting of approximately **24 creative concepts** across: * Collagen / Beauty * Weight Management * Gut Health * Calm / Sleep * Energy * Founder / Brand Story * Social Proof / UGC * Retargeting * Events * Wholesale The selected designer will receive a full creative strategy document that includes: * Creative concept * Product * Headline * Supporting copy * Meta caption * Campaign objective * Format * Design direction * Recommended launch date * Reference mockups Your role will be to professionally execute these concepts. ## Deliverables The final scope will include approximately **24 core Meta ad concepts**, with formats including: * Static ads * Carousels * Story formats * Reel/video layouts * UGC overlays * Product-focused creative * Editorial lifestyle creative * Retargeting creative Primary sizes will include: **Feed:** 1080 × 1350 px **Story / Reel:** 1080 × 1920 px Some concepts will require both format adaptations. Editable source files must be supplied for all final creative. Preferred software: * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe InDesign where appropriate * Figma * Canva only if the work is sophisticated and fully editable ## What We Are Looking For Please only apply if you have experience in at least some of the following: * Meta / Facebook / Instagram ad design * E-commerce creative * Beauty * Wellness * Supplements * Skincare * Fashion * Premium consumer brands * Direct-response creative You should understand the difference between: **A beautiful Instagram post** and **A high-performing paid social advertisement.** We are particularly interested in designers who understand: * Strong first-frame hooks * Visual hierarchy * Product prominence * Direct-response principles * Mobile-first design * UGC-style creative * Premium editorial layouts * Creative variation and testing ## Visual Direction We want to combine: **Premium editorial design + clear performance advertising.** Our benchmark is not to copy competitors, but strategically we admire the creative discipline of brands such as Motherkind and Gloot. We want Elevate to remain visually more refined and premium while adopting stronger direct-response advertising principles. Think: **Luxury wellness meets performance marketing.** ## Important: Proposal Test Creative As part of your proposal, we require **one static concept design** to demonstrate how you would interpret the Elevate Wellness visual direction. This should be supplied as a **watermarked, low-resolution preview only**. You do **not** need to supply the editable working file as part of the proposal. The purpose of this is purely to assess: * Design quality * Typography * Layout * Brand interpretation * Product integration * Visual hierarchy * Understanding of premium wellness advertising We will provide the selected concept/reference material required for this test. Think skincare campaign rather than traditional supplement advertising. The product should feel elevated, aspirational and luxurious. Use clean composition, elegant typography, strong product visibility and lifestyle imagery where appropriate. Avoid clutter. ## What To Include In Your Proposal Please include: 1. A short introduction about yourself 2. Relevant experience 3. Links to your strongest work 4. Examples of Meta / paid social creative 5. Examples of beauty, wellness or premium lifestyle work if available 6. Your estimated turnaround time for the full project 7. Your proposed project fee 8. Whether revisions are included 9. The software you work in 10. Your watermarked static test creative Please do **not** send a generic proposal. We are looking for a designer we can potentially work with on an ongoing basis, so strong creative thinking and attention to detail are important. ## Timeline We would like to appoint the designer as soon as possible. Once appointed, we will provide: * Elevate Wellness logos * Product packshots * Brand references * Existing creative * Campaign strategy * Copy * Detailed ad-by-ad brief Initial priority creatives will need to be turned around
