Your day-to-day will revolve around three essentials: • Keeping our CRM data clean and current inside DataAxle, SalesGenie and Apollo.io – I’ll show you the exact workflow. • Watching the lead funnel, moving prospects to the next stage, and flagging hot opportunities the moment they surface. • Owning my calendar: setting calls, confirming appointments, avoiding double-booking and making sure travel slots stay clear. I’m happy to train someone with less than a year of experience as long as you have great written English, reliable internet and the discipline to be online during the stated hours. Accuracy, quick response times and a willingness to learn our processes are what matter most. Deliverables I’ll review weekly: 1. Updated CRM records with zero duplicate or missing fields. 2.
