We are looking for an experienced HR professional, corporate trainer, or employee induction specialist to prepare and conduct an engaging online company induction session for our newly joined employees. The objective is to welcome new employees, introduce them to the organization, and ensure they understand the company’s culture, structure, policies, expectations, and communication processes. Topics to Be Covered Company introduction, history, vision, and mission Company services and business operations Organizational structure and departments Company culture and core values HR policies and workplace guidelines Reporting structure and communication process Roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations Attendance, leave, professional conduct, and confidentiality Employee support and escalation process Questions and answers with new employees Project Scope Review the company information provided by us. Develop or organize a professional induction presentation. Conduct one online induction session. Keep the session interactive, welcoming, and professional. Address basic questions raised by new employees. Share the final presentation with the company.
