## Expert Photo Editor & Graphic Designer Wanted We are looking for a **highly skilled and experienced Photo Editor / Graphic Designer** who specialises in advanced photo manipulation and redesign. This is **not a basic photo-editing role**. We need someone with a very high level of skill who can take existing photographs and professionally redesign or transform them based on specific instructions. ### Responsibilities You will be required to: * Professionally edit and redesign existing photographs. * Add people, objects, backgrounds, graphics, or other elements to images. * Remove unwanted people, objects, backgrounds, or details while making the result look completely natural. * Replace elements within photographs without making the image look obviously edited. * Combine elements from different photographs into one realistic and seamless final image. * Adjust lighting, shadows, perspective, reflections, colour, texture, and image quality so that all added elements blend naturally. * Retouch and enhance photographs to a professional standard. * Reconstruct or modify sections of an image where necessary. * Follow detailed creative instructions and make revisions when required. * Maintain high image quality throughout the editing process. ### Required Skills The ideal candidate should have **advanced professional experience** with: * Adobe Photoshop * Advanced photo manipulation * Photo compositing * Object and person removal * Object and person replacement * Background replacement and reconstruction * Professional retouching * Colour correction and colour grading * Lighting and shadow matching * Perspective correction * Realistic image blending * High-end image enhancement * Graphic design and creative image redesign ### Quality Standard We are specifically looking for someone who can produce **high-end, realistic results**. If an object, person, background, or other element is added to an existing photograph, it should look as though it was originally part of the photograph. Lighting, perspective, shadows, proportions, colours, sharpness, and overall realism must be carefully matched. We are **not looking for an average or beginner-level photo editor**. A portfolio showing your best photo manipulation and compositing work. 2. Before-and-after examples of photographs you have significantly edited. 3.
